A friend asked me tonight, “Don’t you ever feel insecure?”

I (mostly) honestly responded with, “No.”

I feel like I have a relatively realistic grasp on my strengths and weaknesses. Of course we all have our moments, but I really try not to focus on that kind of thing. There will always be people who you think are more attractive, more capable, perhaps just ‘better’ overall than you.. Why waste time worrying about that? I mean, either do something to correct your perceived inadequacies or realize your limitations..
